  5. Iran andádiverting the profits to the contras; on nine counts of
  6. lying to andáobstructing congressional investigating committees;
  7. in Washington. Eachácharge upon conviction carries a maximum
  8. sentence of five years'áimprisonment and $250,000 in fines. Secord
  9. was convicted in a Virginiaácourt of drunk driving. He was given
  10. a suspended 30-day jail sentenceáand ordered to pay a $200 fine.
